Terms of Service

Effective Date: 12 October 2025

These Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms") apply to your access and use of the services offered by Crello (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By using our site or availing our services, you accept these Terms. Otherwise, you should not seek our services or site.

Services

The services offered as part of creative agencies at Crello include:

  • Branding and design of visual identity
  • Brand strategy & positioning
  • Content creation & campaigns
  • Web design & development
  • Online marketing, search and social media promotion

Services are offered as per the scope and cost as spelled out in individual proposals or agreements. Any services may be changed, suspended, or stopped at any given time upon notice to the client.

Client Responsibilities

In order to facilitate Crello to offer its services, clients should:

  • Make available the correct, full and punctual information
  • Deliver on approvals, feedback and input requests
  • Make sure that materials that are posted into Crello are owned or licensed legally
  • Ensure required access to systems, platforms, or accounts in order to deliver services

Lack of such responsibilities can affect the timing or the result of a project.

Quotes, Payments and Proposals

  • The client is free to accept all the offers, quotes and invoices
  • The payments will be made depending on individual agreements or invoices
  • Crello has the privilege to withhold work due to non-payment
  • Any fee is not inclusive of GST unless mentioned

We take payments through bank transfer, credit card or any other method agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

Proprietorship of Crello Materials

Crello reserves the right to the owners of all materials, concepts, designs, templates, and intellectual property developed in the course of service delivery until it receives payment.

License to Client

Clients get a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables to the intended purpose after full payment.

Client Materials

The materials that clients submit to Crello belong to them and we are authorized to use them to complete a project.

Portfolio Rights

The work performed by Crello on behalf of a client can be presented in our portfolios, marketing, and case studies unless an individual confidentiality contract has been signed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information that may be obtained during the engagement. Business strategies, financial information, trade secrets, and client materials are some of the confidential information.

Information that is held in confidence does not entail information that:

  • At the disclosure period, was publicly available
  • Takes a social form which is not the fault of the receiver
  • Was not developed in reference to confidential information

Client Approvals and Revisions

  • Clients will ensure that they review and approve deliverables in time
  • Crello gives a specified number of revisions a set of which exist in the project agreement. Any further amendments will be an additional fee
  • Approval delays or feedback delays can impact on the project schedules

Warranties and Liability

  • Crello is an as-is service that aims at high quality but does not promise to have a certain outcome, like sales increase or higher search positioning
  • The liability of such indirect, incidental, and consequential damages of our service usage is not our responsibility
  • The maximum liability will be restricted to the amount of fees paid on the service or project in question
  • The clients will be required to ensure that the materials and content used and given does not breach any laws such as copyright, privacy and defamation laws

Termination

  • The agreement can be terminated by either party through a written notice
  • Clients are obliged to pay on work done prior to termination date
  • Crello can cancel the services at once in case of violations of these Terms by the clients or in case they do not pay

Third-Party Services

  • Crello can outsource services to third-party services, software or contractors (e.g., hosting, analytics, design software)
  • Third party services carry terms and conditions under which they are used and Crello has no responsibility to the performance of the third party

Governing Law

These Terms are regulated by Australian law. Any differences between these Terms or services offered by Crello will be determined in the New South Wales courts unless otherwise.

Modifications to Terms

Crello has the right to revise these Terms at will. The most recent update is shown in the Effective Date at the top of this page. Further access to our services or website amounts to acceptance of the new Terms.
